Chateau Bianca often uses third-party development partners to assist in online development and deployment as well as in data and information collection. These companies are strictly bound by our privacy policy covered below, as well as by all other conventions and business practices of Chateau Bianca concerning user information and data from online sources. For the purposes of this document, the terms "We," "Us" and "Chateau Bianca" also represent these third-party developers.

Information collected in this manner is provided automatically by your system and the systems that you use to connect to our site. On occasion, Chateau Bianca may sponsor sweepstakes and other promotions that are managed by third-party organizations. Chateau Bianca may share any data and information gathered on its branded websites with other internal Chateau Bianca branded website owners and managers. Information shared will still be subject to this privacy policy.

Information and data gathered solely by Chateau Bianca will never be sold, traded or shared with third-parties for any other reason than assisting Chateau Bianca in its analysis, research and promotional needs.

Public Forums

This site may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. We also encourage visitors to be courteous in communicating with others and to be smart about choosing when and to whom to release personal information online. Never disclose any personal information that is of a sensitive or confidential nature on any public area of our site.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All registration information is stored in secure locations on password-protected servers.

Choice/Opt-Out

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor. Ordering Wine

You must be over 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine. All deliveries require an adult signature.

States We Ship To

Due to individual state shipping laws, we can only ship to the following states: AK,   AZ,  CA,  CO,  DC, FL,  IA,  IL,  MI,  MN,  MO,  NV,  NM,  NY,  OR,  TX,  WA,  WI.

All wines are shipped via UPS Ground. We recommend using your work address if you are away from home during the day.

Sales Tax

Some US states enforce varying amounts of taxes based on your city/county, even though your order is placed online. If you live in one of these tax-enforced zones, required taxes will be added to your order at the winery when we charge your credit card.

Summer & Winter Shipping Policies

Extreme heat and cold can ruin wine. From Mid/Late October to Late April, we will be paying close attention to UPS ground shipments to colder states. If Ground shipments are considered unsafe due to weather conditions, then we will either hold your wines in our temperature controlled cellar until the cold weather breaks, or we will try and contact you to arrange for next day or 2 day air. If your shipment is destined for extreme cold , our recommendation is to select UPS next day air when placing your order.

Why do we have this policy? Extreme heat and cold can ruin wine. Typically, boxes of wine sent by UPS will travel on trucks not outfitted with temperature controls in the cargo areas.If it's 35 degrees or so outside, the extended chilling effect can damage your wine. Because we want your wine to arrive in the best possible condition, we may take measures to prevent temperature-related damage.

Therefore, during the summer and winter, we may try and hold UPS Ground shipments if the weather is too hot or too cold. We cannot be held responsible if you demand UPS ground shipment and the wines travel in a climate outside a safe temperature range.
