Chateau Bianca’s tasting room is open seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. While driving West along highway 22, Chateau Bianca is the red building on top of Butler Hill!
There are over 21 wines currently released in the tasting room. We rotate our menu on the first of every month ensuring that you get to try something new. Take a peak at our flight menu here.
Come taste the fruits of our labor throughout the year. We are able to do a tasting for couples, large groups, and/or host an event.
