After all the hard work that goes into the vineyard throughout the year, it comes to a point where the grapes start to filter onto the crush pad. The crush pad is in full swing from September through November as our production staff turns grapes into wine.
Red wine grapes get destemmed and pumped over to tanks to start fermentation. The white wine grapes are juiced first and then fermentation begins. Chateau Bianca is fortunate enough to have all equipment on site to make ensure quality at every step of the winemaking process.
